The Students at The Photography Club at UCLA did an excellent job critiquing my modern photographs. This recent photo that I took of The Maine on the Sunset Strip reminded them of my early work.
That’s me with all the hair and camera hanging around my neck with The Maine after our Sunset Strip photo session.
This evening I met up with my pal, pop culture photographer Dirk Mai at The Perch on the fifteen floor in Los Angeles. Surrounded by skyscrapers, I reminisced about the glory days of the 70’s as a teenage photographer capturing incredibly cool icons and Dirk explained to me about the modern days. It was incredibly interesting evening and we will stay in touch.
