My mom was a painter an early print maker. One day, she dragged me by the ear to go meet Andy Warhol at the Margo Levin Gallery. She insisted that I bring my camera. If mom was around today, she would have adored Shepard Fairey. I caught up with Shepard this evening at his incredible opening night at the Robert Berman Gallery in Santa Monica for REVOLUTIONS, The Album Cover Art of Shepard Fairey. Go see it. It runs through April 23.
