Cool photos from the 70's and today!

scottpidity asked: What do you think of Lana Del Rey? You have seen so many different artist come and go did any of your subjects scare you at any point in time?

I love Lana’s look and her records. They are so beautifully produced. I have never met her or seen her perform, so I do not have a clue if she is real or the invention of management and a brilliant producer.

Scared! Yes, I have scared to death of the Sex Pistols! Bad ass boys looking for trouble!!

Joan Jett was my greatest photo subject. The time was 1977 and the person who gave me the “gold pass” to meet, hang and photograph Joan was the legendary Kim Fowley. Next to Joan, Kim was probably my # 2 favorite photo subject. He was tall, handsome and incredibly intelligent. One day and there were many, Kim ordered me to his “dog den” to photograph him with this lovely blonde GF. I did and the rest is history. You can visit with him today on his Facebook page. He would love to hear from you.
